CALL MEETING TO ORDER

 

The Chief Administrative Officer calls the meeting to order and presides over the Organizational Meeting until the Reeve is elected and sworn into office.

VOTING PROCEDURES

 

All elections and appointments are conducted in accordance with the procedure established in section 25 of Procedure Bylaw C-8277-2022. All ballots for elections are destroyed at the conclusion of the Organizational Meeting.

APPOINTMENT OF SCRUTINEERS

 

The Chief Administrative Officer calls for the appointment of two scrutineers to tally ballots for elections held at the Organizational Meeting.
